LITERARY CAFÉ
Inspiration, reflection, and inner growth through reading.
Welcome to the Literary Café
The Literary Café is a digital space created by Ana Ardura Paredes, Director of the DAF Foundation, for those seeking inspiration, reflection, and inner growth through reading.
In this space, we share reviews of carefully selected books that are aligned with the values that guide our work: active compassion, awareness, transformation, and integral well-being.
Each book is chosen for its ability to help us better understand human nature, cultivate a fulfilling life, and act in the world with greater spiritual depth.
Additionally, as part of this section, we include a complementary feature entitled “Anatomy of Beliefs,” where each month the President of the DAF Foundation, Armando Menéndez, offers a scholarly reflection on a topic designed to support readers in their spiritual journey.
Below, we begin sharing the first of the monthly reviews that will be presented in the Literary Café. These books are part of the DAF Foundation Library, which holds more than 2,500 titles on spirituality, anthropology, history, and philosophy.
