COVADONGA EMBASSADOR OF THE FOUNDATION DAF

Our friend Covadonga García Suárez, well known by children and adults for having reached the final phase of Masterchef Junior 3 (achieving a deserved third place) will be The Ambassador of the Foundation DAF before her thousands of followers of her social networks and on Saturday, October 29, at 7 pm in the Auditorium of the Antiguo Instituto in Gijón she will present the illustrated story: The little soldier
All the money raised from the sale of this book will be donated by this foundation for scholarships for girls from the slums of Mumbai.
Covadonga will also sign and dedicate this book to all children who have one, and which you can buy at the book store that will be open on that day in the courtyard of the Antiguo Instituto (C/ Jovellanos 21. Gijón
Alongside Covadonga, students from the schools, Colegio Jovellanos, Colegio San Lorenzo and the Scout de Gijón Keltikhé 635, will participate reading together the poem called, “Las mismas manos” (The same hands), written by our founder, which tells us aboutembracing, integration and rejection against bullying and violence in schools and in our society.
As hundreds of children are expected to come to the event, please do not be late. Nevertheless, for those who have no place in the auditorium, seats will be available in the courtyard where you can see the event by CCTV.
